This hotel is a gem! The rooms are like a kids' dream come true, and the view from my room was breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with staff always going above and beyond, and the location couldn't be more convenient for exploring both Chaweng and Lamai. However, the dining options left much to be desired, and the hotel could use more varied and appetizing choices.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is really good, the rooms are decent but need some maintenance, and the service was friendly and helpful. However, there were some disturbances from other guests, and the dining experience could use some improvement.
